Abstract Machine vision technology is an interdisciplinary subject involving plenty of fields such as artificial intelligence, neurobiology, psychophysics, computer science, image processing and pattern recognition, etc. In recent years, with rapid development the technology, machine recognition widely used in many detection control. For thermo-hygrometers calibration, manual operation method traditionally. This has proven to be a cumbersome, time-consuming, error-prone activity, there are lots models quantities calibrated. Therefore, automatic calibration system was developed by using combination movement control well purposely structured database management software. It can complete verification task accurately, timely efficiently. drastically reduced workload, improved accuracy, realized thermo-hygrometers.
